2. Description of Service

TicDoc is an AI-powered document analysis service that processes PDF files and generates structured insights. The Service uses specialized AI agents for legal, financial, medical, and general document analysis.

3. Token System & Payments

• New users receive 1 free token upon registration.
• Additional tokens are purchased as one-time, non-refundable payments.
• Token cost: 1 token per document, regardless of page count or length.
• Tokens do not expire and are not transferable between accounts.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

4. No Refund Policy

All token purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Tokens that have been consumed cannot be restored.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload documents you do not have the legal right to process.
• Attempt to exploit the credit system or circumvent payment requirements.
• Upload malicious files or engage in any activity that disrupts the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

TicDoc's analysis is generated by artificial intelligence and is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on AI-generated analysis. TicDoc is not liable for any decisions made based on the Service's output.

7. Intellectual Property

The TicDoc service, including its UI, code, and brand, is owned by TicDoc. You retain all rights to the documents you upload. By using the Service, you grant TicDoc a temporary, limited license to process your documents solely for the purpose of generating your requested analysis.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TicDoc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

TicDoc is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, unused tokens are forfeited and not refundable.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
